Okay, so let me make sure I have this crystal clear. Suzume is using the Otherworlders to stage an invasion of our world, hoping their chaos collapses our already threadbare reality. She's then going to try and cannibalize our world for whatever latent energy it has left to keep her shambling Maximum World alive. She has no plans to actually 'save' her world, she just has enough of a plan to keep it from collapsing.

Am I missing anything specific? Is there some sort of load-bearing pillar of reality that she plans to target? Or is it just 'sow enough chaos to get an instability meter to 100% and then we fall into Neo Exdeath Realm where the laws of reality mean nothing'?

So, you aren't holding out on any other information that might be extremely important? Like the fact she knows Kamala is a load-bearing reality pillar and might try to kill her to destabilize reality? Or any other complications hers being a 'Maximum World' might be bringing?
