... Did I seriously go away for a week's vacation and come back to the city being half blown up in a terrorist attack?

Well I was until I learned Duel Monster using Terrorists from the fuckwhatever place blew up a large chunk of downtown.

it doesnt feel real yet? if that makes sense? there was a duel thing and i was kinda out of it

Typically incidents like this don't feel real, it's perfectly normal to feel like that.

But I'd prefer to do more extensive counseling in person.
